Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPN76 handles information when providing its website, user panel, and cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Website analytics and network connection data fall into separate categories; please review the relevant terms for each. Before using the service, read the Terms of Service for account and subscription rules.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough to get started. VPN76 uses account identifiers and authentication data to verify logins, link subscriptions, and handle account requests. An email address is not required for registration. Please do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

Order data includes the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, and refund processing records. This information is used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and resolve billing disputes. Plan status and traffic usage are used to apply subscription rules; these billing records are not the same as website access records. Support ticket content you submit is used only to address the corresponding issue.

Anonymous No-Logs and Connection Handling

VPN76 follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through its network acceleration service, or retain browsing history, accessed content, or lists of destination addresses that could reconstruct browsing activity. Anonymous no-logs does not mean account, order, and necessary billing records are omitted.

Routing and session states must be processed in memory while connections are established and maintained. When a session ends, these temporary states are released with the connection and are not kept as long-term connection history. The service does not retain connection logs that link an account to specific browsing activity. If you encounter a connection issue, describe the error in a support ticket without sharing your actual subscription address or authentication credentials.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics may cover pages visited on this site, referral pages, browser and device types, and interaction events. This information helps assess whether content is easy to find, whether site entry points work correctly, and how pages can be improved. Analytics are limited to this site and do not represent records of other websites users visit through acceleration routes.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. Login credentials are sensitive information; avoid keeping your session active on shared devices. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After clearing data, you may need to log in again and saved preferences may reset, but this will not automatically delete your server-side account or orders.

Payments and Disclosure of Information

VPN76 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, whose own policies govern its information handling. VPN76 uses order receipts and payment status to confirm transactions and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

When resolving billing issues, transaction identifiers are used only to the extent necessary to verify an order. USDT transactions may be viewable on public transaction networks; this policy cannot change the public nature of those networks. If disclosure is legally required, it will be limited to information necessary to meet a valid request, which will be verified.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and support ticket data is retained as needed for delivery, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Website analytics should be deleted or aggregated once their analysis purpose has been fulfilled. Different categories of data are not subject to a single retention period; when a purpose ends and no further basis for retention exists, data should be deleted or de-identified.

To access, correct, or delete account-related data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may prevent continued use of the account and subscription. If an order is still open or records must be retained by law, the reason for retention will be explained. Clearing browser data does not complete account closure.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When data handling practices change, VPN76 will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Significant changes to processing purposes or scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If new processing requires separate consent, this will be explained before it begins; a policy update does not replace any required authorization.

If you have questions about this policy, the scope of data handling, or the outcome of a deletion request, contact us through a user panel support ticket. Include the relevant account, issue category, and specific request, and provide only the information needed for verification.
