Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPN76. Before you start, please review the service scope, account responsibilities and acceptable-use requirements. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the user panel support ticket page. If you cannot accept these rules, stop using the service.

Service Scope

VPN76 provides international routes and subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain client software and subscription information from the panel, then configure a connection on a supported device.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses or account eligibility from third-party platforms. Route lists and configurations may change due to maintenance or network conditions. Whether third-party content is available depends on its regional rules, account requirements and actual access results, and cannot be determined solely by the route location.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links and imported configurations secure, and do not post them on public pages or in discussion groups. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and explain the situation in a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time for the account holder's own use. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, publicly distributing configurations, or sharing accounts or subscriptions with others. Using someone else's credentials, impersonating another person or obtaining subscription information without authorization also violates these terms.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for an upgrade partway through a cycle is prorated to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, check the pricing page and the billing method and data shown in the panel to avoid confusing monthly subscriptions with data packages.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to their actual activities, and ensure their purposes, content access and data processing have a lawful basis. Do not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, data theft or any other illegal activity.

Do not launch network attacks, conduct malicious scans, send spam or interfere with the normal operation of other users' or third parties' systems through automated abuse or other means. When using external websites or applications, you must also follow their terms of service. A successful network connection does not grant permission to use related content or services.

Availability and Responsibility

Connection quality depends on the local network, device settings, international links and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, carrier changes, third-party outages or force majeure events may cause interruptions or changes in performance. VPN76 does not guarantee continuous access to any specific platform, a fixed transfer speed or uninterrupted connectivity.

If you encounter an issue, first check your client configuration and local connection, then submit the relevant error message in a support ticket. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. VPN76 will assist based on the information available. These terms do not limit users' rights under applicable law or exempt the service from responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used to resell or share subscriptions, break the law, attack systems, impersonate another account holder or disrupt normal service, VPN76 may restrict relevant features, suspend connections or terminate account access based on the impact. Temporary restrictions may be applied before further verification when necessary to prevent additional harm.

Users who disagree with the outcome may provide an explanation and request a review through a support ticket. Decisions will take verifiable information and applicable law into account; ordinary connection failures will not automatically be treated as violations. Users may also stop using the service, but disconnecting does not itself constitute a refund request.

Changes to Terms and Refunds

If the terms need to be updated due to service changes or legal requirements, VPN76 will publish the revisions on this page and update the date. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights users have already acquired under applicable law. Review the latest terms and raise any questions before continuing to use the service.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. For instructions and details, see the refund policy.
