Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and how payments are returned for VPN76 subscriptions. Requests and processing records are kept in support tickets in the user panel so orders and progress can be checked. For account usage rules, also read the Terms of Service.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. The refund window is checked against the record of your first successful payment. Eligibility is based on when you submit the request, not when the ticket is resolved.

You do not need to prove a connection issue or complete troubleshooting first. If you need help connecting, you can ask in a separate ticket; troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for a refund request. Clearly state that you are requesting a refund so a general question is not mistaken for a request for technical support only.

For renewals, duplicate payments, upgrade price differences, or data package issues, specify the relevant order so support can review it. The first-payment refund window does not mean that every subsequent order receives a new window.

Eligibility Checks and Disputes

Requests submitted after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. An order that has not been paid successfully has no received payment to return, and the same order cannot be refunded twice. If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect order amount, or an unusual payment status, submit proof of payment for review.

Normal connection and general data usage are not grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund within the window. This policy does not set an additional usage threshold, and a request will not be denied solely because you connected or imported a subscription.

Disputes involving excess usage, unusual payments, or account activity that violates the Terms of Service should be reviewed against the order and specific circumstances. Explain the basis for the decision in your ticket. Account restrictions and refund checks are handled separately; a restricted account does not automatically lose refund eligibility.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open Support Tickets, and state in the subject that you are requesting a refund.
  2. Provide the order number, payment time, amount, and payment method, and identify the order to be reviewed. You do not need to prove dissatisfaction with the service for a no-questions-asked refund.
  3. If the order status does not match the payment result, attach evidence that clearly shows the transaction status. Hide information unrelated to this review while keeping the transaction details needed for verification.
  4. Check the review result in the original ticket. If more information is needed, reply in the same ticket to keep the records together.

No email address is required; sign in with your username and password. Do not send your account password, full subscription link, wallet private key, or other login credentials in a ticket. If you cannot sign in, start with the account help option provided in the panel.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, the refund status is checked against the original transaction record. If a direct refund through the original method is unavailable, the reason will be explained in the ticket, and a workable option will be confirmed after verifying who made the payment.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and the receiving network and address may need to be confirmed. Provide only the information required for verification in the relevant ticket, and do not send additional funds to an unconfirmed address.

If network fees, currency conversion, or payment method restrictions apply, the specific process will be explained first and confirmed by both parties. This page does not set a fee amount or conversion rate, nor does it exclude refunds solely because of a particular payment method.

Checking Refund Status

Submitting a request, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. Arrival time depends on factors such as the payment provider, transaction verification, and on-chain confirmations. This page does not promise a fixed arrival time. Check ticket replies for progress updates and any requests for more information.

After you receive a refund initiation notice, check the transaction details with the original payment provider. For USDT, check the confirmed transaction record. If the funds have not arrived yet, reply in the original ticket and keep your order number and refund record so the payment can be traced. There is no need to submit another request.

Service access after a refund is completed depends on the outcome for the relevant order. If you disagree with the amount, refund scope, or review decision, explain the specific discrepancy in the original ticket and request another review. For other account questions, see the Support page; for information about personal data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
