Route Selection and Connection Support
Choose routes based on what you need to access: check the target service’s regional requirements, then try routes that suit your current network. The number of available locations does not guarantee access. Availability of international websites may also depend on platform policies, account region, and your local network. If you have connection issues, follow the getting started guide to check for subscription updates and review your client settings. If the issue persists, use the support ticket system in the user panel and include the platform, route, and error details. Do not share your password or full subscription URL. Anonymous, No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPN76 follows an anonymous, no-logs privacy policy. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Information handling is limited to what is needed for account use, order fulfillment, and troubleshooting.
